A solid holster that holds tight but releases easily. The feel is luxurious but maintains a professional and hopefully long-lasting production processes.
Like all good holsters there is a comforting and quiet squeak as the light is withdrawn or insertion. For me it is comforting.
The holster holds the flashlight securely, but makes no provisions for the metal clip and/or tether attached to the flashlight. It seems kind of ridiculous that the tether and clip need to be removed from the flashlight to effectively use the holster without stretching it.
i honestly have been wanting for Fenix came out with leather belt holsters for flashlights. The leather is high quality and thick. My TK16, TK30, HT30R, HT32, and PD36R pro all fit very snug, the retention is just right. i highly recommend this holster.
The holster eventually bends inward and makes it really difficult to put the light back. Not an issue taking the light out.
Great Leather Holster, protects the light when sitting down and avoids accidental triggers. The only thing that you should be aware of is if you're going to use the light frequently, in-and-out of this holster it does loosen up easily and the light body does fall out if you're not paying attention. You can easily accidentally drop your light from it slipping out of the holster.
This is just what I needed as the original holsters that came with the light were worthless.
